IZENU is committed to protecting your privacy and has adopted all the appropriate and necessary security measures for the confidentiality and protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes the purposes for which we process your personal data from our social media, how to exercise your rights and the contact details available to you.
In the event that you have any reservations, doubts or objections to this Privacy Policy, you shall immediately suspend access and use of the social media, exit it and refrain from further use and/or transmission of any data to IZENU.
IZENU reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. In case of update, it will be sent an alert to its users, who have subscribed to receive communications.
Any periodic update to this Privacy Policy shall automatically become part of this version with date and effect from the date of its publication on the social media. Continued use of the social media implies that the user is aware of this Privacy Policy, has read, understood and accepts it in the version that is in force at any given time.

Your data will be processed by Rashalin Comercio e Industria Lda, taxpayer number 5000980056 with registered office at Centralidade do Km 44, Estrada de Catete, Entrada A, Bloco 7, Número 120, Luanda hereinafter "IZENU".
IZENU is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
What data do we collect?
From you, as a user of the social media, we may collect some or all of the following personal data:

- Information we collect when you use IZENU: we collect information about the people, accounts, hashtags, groups and pages you are connected to and how you interact with them across, about types of content you view or engage with, the features you use and the actions you take. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync or import it from a device, which we use for things like helping you and others find people you may know.
- Information we receive from third parties: our ad and business partners share information with us such as browser cookie IDs, mobile device IDs, hashed user information like email addresses, demographic or interest data, and content viewed or actions taken on a website or app. Additionally, we may receive information about you from other users.
What are the grounds for processing your Data?
- We collect your personal data on the following grounds:
- For the execution of our services, i.e., as necessary to fulfill our Terms and Conditions;
- In our and/or others’ legitimate interest, including but not limited to ensure the security of our network and services, provide an innovative, personalized, and profitable service to our users and partners and for direct marketing (unless these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of other individuals requiring the protection of personal data).
- In compliance with a legal obligation to which we are bound;

From this social media, we may process your personal data for the following purposes:

What are your rights?
As a data subject your rights are the following:
- Right of access: you may request your personal data and obtain confirmation as to whether or not the data concerning you is being processed and, where appropriate, access to your personal data and information required by law;
- Right of rectification: you may request the rectification of your personal data where it is inaccurate or incomplete;

Right of erasure: you may request the erasure of your personal data without undue delay, when one of the following conditions applies:
- The personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose that motivated its collection or processing;
- You have withdrawn your consent to the data processing (in cases where the processing is based on consent) and there is no other lawful ground for the said processing;
- You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests justifying the processing.
- Right to withdraw consent: if the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw at any time, without prejudice to the fact that the exercise of such right may not be granted in cases where we must continue processing your personal data under a different legal ground;
- Right to object: in cases in which the data processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us or when the data processing is carried out for marketing purposes and electronic communications, you may, at any time, object to the processing of your personal data;

Right to restrict processing: you have the right to obtain the limitation of the processing when one of the following situations is applicable:
- Contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allow us to verify its accuracy;
- The data processing is lawful and you opposes the erasure of personal data and request, in exchange, the limitation of its use;
- We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing that originated it, but such data is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in legal proceedings.
- Right to data portability: if the processing is dependent on your consent and this consent has been provided by automated means, you shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you provided, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to lodge a complaint: you may exercise the right to lodge a complaint before the data protection local control authority.

Your requests will be handled with special care so that we can ensure that the exercise is carried out efficiently. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity in order to ensure that your personal data is only shared with you.
You should be aware that, in certain cases, your request (including for erasure, withdrawal of consent or restriction to processing) may not be possible to satisfy immediately, if there are other legal grounds on which we are required to maintain the processing. In any case, in those situations, you will be informed within a maximum period of one month from the moment your request has been made.
How long do we keep your data?
We will only keep your personal data for the necessary period of time for the mentioned processing purposes and/or, to the extent applicable, until you withdraw your consent.
In particular:
- We keep your profile information and content for the duration of your account;
- We generally keep other personally identifiable data we collect when you use our services for a maximum of [30 days];
- Where you violate our rules, we may keep the identifiers you used to create the account indefinitely to prevent repeat policy offenders from creating new accounts;
- We may keep certain information longer than the of the aforementioned in order to comply with legal obligations and for safety and security reasons.

- A new owner whenever there is a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy.
How do data transfers work?
We may have recourse to processors for the purpose of processing all or part of your personal data, as permitted by law. These entities are obliged under the terms of the contracts entered into to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data to which they have access for this purpose and may not use such data for any other purpose, nor link it to other data in their possession.
If we have to transfer your information to a country outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that all necessary security measures are in place and that such transfers are made under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for this purpose, to the extent that the country to which the data may be transferred does not have legislation equivalent to European Union data protection standards.
